Refund and Exchange Policy

Refunds are extended in light of any error in our part or if for an unforeseen reason a product became unavailable. Refunds under these circumstances are for 100% or for the full value of your purchase.  Exchanges are accepted if product arrives damaged or expired (Due to internal policy, all of our products have a minimum valid date of at least 6 months before expiration). For specific expiration requirements by the client, we must first be contacted to verify we can fulfill such a request.

The following terms would apply:

  • There is up to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from the corresponding Credit amount.
  • Customer must bear the freight and/or postage cost for returning the product/s.
  • Product/s should be in the same condition as when sent, that is unused and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Credit will be granted once the product/s is placed back into inventory.
  • Credit applies only to the product. It does not cover original postage or freight.
